                 Garrett Vinyl Pools has been in business approximately twenty-five years, most of those at the same location.  However, Ken Garrett, owner of Garrett Pools, has been involved in every aspect of the pool business for more than thirty years.  It was during his years of building, repairing, and servicing pools and equipment, that he noticed an area of the industry with a decided absence of participation.  That was the area of in-ground vinyl liner replacements—thus the creation of Garrett Vinyl Pools.

             Garrett Vinyl Pools, Inc. is an active member of the Houston Chapter of the Independent Pool & Spa Service Association (IPSSA) and was a member of the National Spa & Pool Institute (NSPI, now known as APSP) for over 20 years. Ken Garrett is a Lifetime member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, Inc. and a National Swimming Pool Foundation Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) since 1984.

             Our goal is to please customers by doing a job right.
